51商机网李慧的“丹慧服装工作设计室”在天津小有名气。你一定想不到，现在拥有三个车间、几十台机器的李慧，一度无业。当被问及怎样走上创业之路时，李慧告诉记者，人没有了退路，自然就会往前走。

　　家成了她的实习工厂

　　1991年，李慧的丈夫因单位不景气，提前下岗，当时李慧是来津投夫的外地人员，没有工作。丈夫有病，孩子还小，全家人吃饭成了难题。

　　“我当时就想自己还年轻，不能依靠国家救济，要凭努力闯出一条李宁童装生路来”。后来，李慧在一家商场找到了一个卖服装的工作，每月只有200元的收入，一天站8小时，但李慧很知足，她觉得这是一个绝处逢生的机会。她开始了解服装买卖的生意经，各类服装在她手里卖得快，价格也好。此时，李慧脑子里萌生了自己开办服装裁剪店的想法。

　　此后的两年里，她学着做起服装。她开始用废报纸学剪裁，剪出了样子用针线缝合好，或用浆糊粘合好，让丈夫和孩子穿上，经反复实践，有点成型了。她再用最便宜的布头，照纸样裁剪好做成服装，让她丈夫和孩子试穿，那阵子丈夫和孩子身上穿的衣服全是她做的。

　　1995年因商场转行，她也下岗了。李慧又到一家服装店去当缝纫工，晚上骑车往返60余里地，学习服装裁剪。半年后，她拿到了服装裁剪、制作、烫熨、整形等全套李宁童装的合格证书。由于没有资金，李慧就在家里开起了小型服装加工店。邻居们都夸她活细致、标准、合体、舒适，在周边居民区里，李慧服装店有了小名气。

　　8万元筹建工作室

　　经过2年积攒，李慧有了2万元积蓄，从朋友那里借来了3万元，李慧终于有机会创建自己的“丹慧服装工作设计室”了。

　　为了租到便宜点的房子，李慧一下子付了整整三年的房租，再加上购买设备，当时她手里就仅剩下500元了。紧要关头，居委会的王主任出资3万元赞助了她，李慧当时激动得哭了起来。就这样，8万元终于让李慧完成了开店的心愿。

　　李慧先后安置了本社区里的20余名下岗姐妹，她手把手地教她们服装制作技艺，由包缝、制作、熨烫、锁扣眼、钉扣教起。再教她们裁剪、整形Exclusive内衣等工艺。员工们非常努力，不到一年的时间，李慧就还上了借款。而且还能做到每月准时发放员工的工资。“我尊重这里的姐妹们，信任她们，她们保证了服装100%合格。”

　　在市场激烈的竞争中，各个服装店争抢生意的现象十分严重。一个偶然机会，李慧在天津某外贸部门争取到了一批来料加工订单。外贸部门跟单员在交待加工活时，将尺寸报告错了，在通过出关检验时，发现了问题，这时距出口上船只有两天时间。

　　这400余套成人服装要不要重新返工修改，让“丹慧服装工作室”的姐妹们犯了难，因为错误责任原本就不属于她们。但李慧毅然决定将全部成装开包返工。望着堆得像小山似的成装，全体工作室的姐妹们，打开包，一件件拆改，两天两夜的连续工作，姐妹们的眼都熬红了，Exclusive内衣实在完不成了，他们甚至连家属、亲朋都动员来，帮忙拆改。两天后，400余件成衣改制任务完成了，那家外贸部门也成为她们的终身固定大客户。

　　出生于揭阳的蔡文川自小家境贫寒，初中刚毕业就被迫辍学。他曾帮人种过菜、卖过汽水。蔡文川说：“无论做什么，我时刻提醒自己一定要比别人做得好一点！”别人每天工作七八个小时，蔡文川常常要工作12个多小时。“每天晚上，我都会想着明天要做些什么！”

　　从供货商那里进货，蔡文川始终坚持一条原则——不与老板谈价钱。人家说价格是多少，蔡文川就如数支付多少。记者对蔡文川的这种生意经很不理解，蔡文川说：“坚持一口价既表明我尊重对方，也想让他感受到我是多么地真诚。”“市场是一个良性循环的过程，你想赚到钱，就必须给别人提供赚钱的机会。”蔡文川一直认为做生意要讲究诚信，不能过分斤斤计较。

　　诚实守信让蔡文川得到了意外的收获。日子久了，批发商都说，“这个小弟与别人不一样，人勤快，做事也讲信用，我们愿意与他合作”。别人进货时要当场付定金，供货商惟独给他提供了优待：“你先拿去卖，东西卖出去了再给我钱。”3ZU足装秀像滚雪球一样，借助先赊后卖的办法，蔡文川手中开始有了多余资金。

　　看电视抓住大商机冒风险掘得首桶金

　　1989年，一则电视新闻引起了蔡文川的注意——梅州因爆发洪水山路坍塌，交通遭受严重破坏。一则在别人看来很普通的消息让蔡文川寻到了商机，红豆内衣蔡文川想，洪水不仅会毁坏交通，还很有可能导致供电危机。蔡文川当即连夜从揭阳赶往福建收购火柴和蜡烛，收购工作如蔡文川的预想中那样顺利。这里的人也许并不知道梅州发生洪水的事，没有人想到应该大批收购火柴和蜡烛，不少批发商此时正急于把积压的火柴和蜡烛销售完，蔡文川的到来令他们长出了一口气，积压的货物终于可以卖出去了。蔡文川很轻松就订购了几千箱火柴和蜡烛。

　　货是到了，可问题也随之而来。从福建回汕头，再从汕头前往梅州，这是最节省时间也是蔡文川最熟悉的一段理想行程。可道路被洪水毁坏了，即使蔡文川从福建回到了汕头，他也无法继续前往梅州。亲戚朋友都劝他，当地的路况那么危险，如果山洪再次爆发，说不定会遇到什么危险呢！经过深思熟虑，蔡文川还是踏上了冒险之旅。他从福建取道江西，然后再从江西前往梅州。就这样，蔡文川巧妙地绕过了被洪水冲毁的那段路。

　　灾区中断的电力还没有恢复，照明物资相当短缺，由于路况危险，没有人像蔡文川那样冒险来到这里。蔡文川的到来受到了热烈欢迎，居民们高兴地说“阿蔡送光明来了”。蔡文川仅以略高出批发价的价格出售了这些火柴和蜡烛。“做生意是要讲良心的，虽然灾区的火柴和蜡烛极其短缺，可良知提醒我不能漫天要价！”蔡文川说。

　　此后的10年时间里，蔡文川一直在做酒类的销售代理。1999年，他在一个招商会上听说四川一家酒厂要引资。头脑敏锐的蔡文川马上意识到，这是一个好机会！他决定抓住机会创立自己的品牌企业。这一年，蔡文川成功在四川收购了这家酒厂，成立了四川醉不倒酒业公司。

　　凭着稳扎稳打，蔡文川的企业开始在全国形成了营销网络。

　　人都说“酒香不怕巷子深”，记者问蔡文川，这是否意味着只要品质好，产品就不愁销路呢？蔡文川却说，“良好的品质是产品全面走向市场的必要条件。但是任何好产品如果没有好的营销理念，就不可能成功推向市场”。

　　他特别注重企业与经销商的关系，蔡文川认为二者应该是合作联盟关系。他说，“企业要发展，就要绝对保证经销商的利益，这样才能形成双赢的局面”。蔡文川非常注重客情维护。

　　由于家境贫寒，他初中毕业后就不得不辍学，担负起养家的责任。为了谋生，他摆过小摊、开过杂货店、做过代理商——经过十几年的艰苦奋斗，他终于有了属于自己的事业。

　　蔡文川的企业如今已在四川、长春等地建立了生产基地。谈及自己的经历，蔡文川深有感触地说，“企业无论大小，老板无论大小，拥有一颗爱心是迈向成功的关键”。

　　蔡文川告诉记者其中的秘密，自己在初中毕业后就走向社会了，一直没有机会读书。发短信如今已经成了朋友间进行交流的方式，由于文化底子差，他无法很快回复朋友的短信。为了不影响正常接听电话，蔡文川准备了两部手机。一部用来接电话，一部用来发短信。“好在两部手机的价格加在一起还不如别人的一部手机贵”，蔡文川调侃地说。

　　节俭的蔡文川待人却出奇地大方。2002年3月，第四届希望工程羊城会亲活动中，蔡文川一次性资助10名贫困山区的孩子各2200元。

　　2002年9月，蔡文川捐款100万元，设立醉不倒助学基金，用于资助1000名失学孤儿和特困学生。其中204名失学孤儿、特困学生来自甘肃康乐县。

　　蔡文川说，孩子就是未来的希望，他坚信把钱花在那些贫困家庭的孩子身上是一件有意义的事。最近，蔡文川又作出了新的爱心计划，他将赴河南为中小学生捐款，资助200名贫困中小学生。蔡文川还给自己的企业定下了个规矩：“每卖出一瓶酒，就捐出一块钱投入到醉不倒助学基金，所有款项都用于资助失学孤儿和特困学生”。

The current incarnation of Eclipse is very mechanical, very predictable -- which is not to say that's a bad thing. It does allow for a certain level of "zoning out" while playing, though.

A: Die Horde hat dieses gewaltige Tor als Antwort auf die aggressive Vorgehensweise der Allianz aus den Düstermarschen heraus, was ebenfalls eine direkte Verbindung von Theramore ins Brachland umfasst, aufgebaut.
